Privacy note for this website
This page covers prometheus-pace.com, our public marketing site. It does not describe how the PROMETHEUS application handles customer data — that is governed by each customer's agreement and business associate agreement, and is described on the security and compliance page.
What this site collects
- What you type into the demo form. Name, job title, organization, email, phone, organization type, participant count, how you heard about us, and your message. Nothing more.
- Standard web server logs kept by our hosting provider — IP address, timestamp, page requested, browser type — used to operate and secure the site.
What this site does not do
- It sets no cookies.
- It runs no advertising or behavioral trackers, and no analytics product.
- It loads no third-party fonts, scripts or embeds. Every file the page needs is served from this domain, so your browser makes no request to anyone else.
- It does not sell, rent or share what you send us. Ever.
What happens to a demo request
It goes to the founders of Prometheus PACE Inc and is used only to reply to you and arrange the walkthrough. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we stop, and we delete the record on request. Write to tsingh@renovatiointl.com for access, correction or deletion.
Please do not send protected health information through this website. The demo form is not a secure channel for PHI and is not covered by any business associate agreement. If you need to share sensitive material, tell us and we will set up an appropriate channel first.
Hosting and retention
The site is served from United States infrastructure. Demo requests are retained while a conversation is active and for a reasonable follow-up period afterwards, then deleted. Server logs are retained on our hosting provider's standard schedule.
